The Company: Miller
Miller Electric Manufacturing Company is headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin and produces arc welding and cutting equipment that is suited for numerous functions. The company was founded in 1929 by Neils Miller to provide an answer to Wisconsin’s need for a small and inexpensive arc welder. Miller Elite Series Welding Helmets continue this standard of innovation excellence. They provide superior head and face protection along with ideal sizing and style.
Miller Welding Helmets
Miller Elite Series Welding Helmets feature a variable #8-13 shade type, four independent arc sensors, 1/20,000 second switching speed, 5 amp TIG rating and a grind mode. At a weight of only 18 ounces, this helmet is 20% lighter than competitors. Also, the 9.22 square inch viewing field is significantly larger than those of other welding helmets in the same price range. The convenient auto darkening lenses make welding more efficient, eliminating the necessity of removing the helmet between striking welding arcs. Miller Helmets come in a variety of colors and designs to coordinate with your welding shop. But before you celebrate on a good helmet found and head off back to Party Poker or the workshop, there’s more. With the helmet comes an accessory package that includes five outside and 2 inside cover lenses, a helmet bag and a comfort cushion.
