its not that thick at all, but i did get it to? weld, not 100% on what the problem was, i cleaned the aluminum alot better and we grinned the tungsten differently
I’m not Jody, but sounds like you need to back off more as you reach the end. I am a TIG novice, and found out real quick you have to back WAY off as you get to the end on aluminum. I still don’t? get it right, not enough material to practice on.
