What is BMR & TDEE?

BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is the number of calories your body needs at rest to maintain basic physiological functions such as breathing, circulation, and cell production.

  • Moderate: Moderate exercise 3-5 days per week
  • Active: Hard exercise 6-7 days per week
  • Very Active: Intense exercise multiple times per day
