This calculator estimates your recommended daily water intake based on your body weight. The general guideline is:

  • 33 ml per kilogram of body weight (0.033 L/kg)
  • Equivalent to roughly 0.5 oz per pound of body weight for imperial units

Additional Adjustments:

  • Activity: Physical activity increases hydration needs
  • Climate: Hot environments require higher fluid intake
